Metropolitan Architects and Planners, Inc. (MAP), is a highly experienced group of professionals that offer planning, design, and related consulting services to clients in the government and private sector, in the Washington, D.C. region and beyond. MAP provides a wide range of problem-solving skills and tools to assist its clients in the resolution of their planning and facilities requirements. The scope of MAP's consulting services ranges from large scale urban design and planning projects to detailed programming of individual facilities. The services encompass resource analyses, facility programming, building evaluation and acquisition, space planning and interior design, facility management, post occupancy evaluation and environmental diagnostics.
Our mission is to facilitate evaluation and improvement of built environments to foster healthy and pleasant work and living conditions. The mission is of particular relevance to both the corporate and government sectors in effectively meeting their restructuring and right-sizing requirements.
