MAP reviewed existing conditions, personnel, mission requirements, and growth projections to develop detailed requirements that were appended to GSA’s lease documents in support of this new procurement. MAP helped EPA evaluate offers received and a building in Penn Center was selected. MAP subsequently provided the following services:

Design Intent Documents: MAP developed schematic designs and standards, test-fits, and block/stack plans.

Construction Monitoring: Monthly site visits and reports ensured design intent and quality were maintained. 
Furniture Procurement:  EPA’s space included enclosed offices, workstations, and special spaces such as collaborative spaces, a Public Information Center, Security Screening, and other support.  A furniture RFQ provided evaluation criteria, design specifications, and installation requirements.
