GSA contracted NPA and MAP to support FTC’s consolidation efforts. The firms surveyed and analyzed existing operations, developed a POR, and provided the government with cost analyses for several scenarios. The scope of work expanded to include space planning and design services. The team developed block and stack diagrams, a housing plan, space planning concepts, and design intent documents and specifications, The team also developed security, AV and lighting design concepts, and LEED scorecard. During construction the team also provided CD review and construction administration support.
