MAP developed the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for furniture and demountable walls and technical packages for the Office of Justice Programs’ new office space build-out (about 162,000 rentable square feet, 720 persons). MAP reviewed the client’s needs and developed specifications for each type of space, which were coordinated with the client and the architect of record to incorporate the furniture designs into the space build-out for construction. MAP also assisted with technical evaluation of the proposals.
