MAP assisted EPA to develop programs for consolidating two of their labs into a single facility on federally owned property. The consolidation was projected to save the government more than $25 million over a 20-year period in reduced rent, utilities, maintenance, personnel, and other operational expenses.

MAP’s consolidation concept included modifications, renovations and infrastructure work. Construction costs (about $12m), phasing approaches, and implementation schedules were also developed.
