Founder and President Emeritus, Mr. Duggal started MAP in 1992 and has established the firm as an industry leader, providing master and strategic planning services, feasibility studies, environmental planning, requirements development and a broad spectrum of facilities-related technical support services. MAP’s portfolio under him includes high-visibility projects, both domestic and international, including the redevelopment of the US Naval Base at Subic Bay (The Philippines), repurposing of Loring Air Force Base in Maine (USA), Master Plan of Judiciary Square, one of the original elements of L’Enfant 1791 plan for City of Washington DC (USA), and numerous large scale planning projects. Under his direction, MAP has built an impeccable reputation for successfully implementing complex architectural planning and design projects.
