Founder and President Emeritus, Mr. Duggal started MAP in 1992 and has established the firm as an industry leader, providing master and strategic planning services, feasibility studies, environmental planning, requirements development and a broad spectrum of facilities-related technical support services. MAP’s portfolio under him includes high-visibility projects, both domestic and international, including the redevelopment of the US Naval Base at Subic Bay (The Philippines), repurposing of Loring Air Force Base in Maine (USA), Master Plan of Judiciary Square, one of the original elements of L’Enfant 1791 plan for City of Washington DC (USA), and numerous large scale planning projects. Under his direction, MAP has built an impeccable reputation for successfully implementing complex architectural planning and design projects.

A Carnegie-Melon graduate, Ms. Drew is a senior architect and LEED Accredited Professional with over 40 years of experience in Master Planning and sustainable design. Her expertise is in the direction of large-scale planning projects, notable for the variety of institutions and environments. She has worked on small colleges, large government agencies and everything in between; in rural settings, suburban neighborhoods, and on busy urban campuses.

Mr. Stevens’ experience includes planning, detailed construction documents, as-built analyses for adaptive re-use, phasing development and construction monitoring. He is currently licensed in Virginia, with inactive licenses in Delaware, Maryland and Arizona.

Mr. Nguyen is planner and architect with over 17 years of experience and a graduate of the prestigious Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany. As a project manager, his attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills keep his projects on schedule and within budget. Additionally Mr. Nguyen’s experience includes the preparation of Design Intent Documents for 150-200k sf facilities for EPA’s Regional Headquarters in Philadelphia, Dallas, Denver, Seattle and San Francisco.

With over 20 years of international experience, and 17 of those with MAP, Mr. Trinh brings valuable architectural experience to the team, providing technical support for a variety of projects, from Master Plans to Interior Design. His experience includes: concept development, building and site analysis, development of design intent drawings, block/stack plans, test fits, phasing plans, and migration plans.

Mr. Tewari's expertise lies in processing and analysis of data. He has been involved in every Program of Requirements MAP has issued since he joined the firm in 1996. He is skilled in acquiring and processing native data and compiling it into a format that allows space planners to easily interpret an organization's needs. Mr. Tewari is also adept in all aspects of design and construction project scheduling. He has assembled schedules for large projects with a wide variety of concurrent tasks. Such schedules typically include activities, responsibilities and required deadlines for project participants. Scheduling assists in establishing critical timelines for successful completion of the projects. Timely updates facilitate tracking of slippage (if any), activities completed, and future actions.

Ms. Holthouse has been with MAP for 27 years and has worked on nearly every project underway during her tenure. She holds 2 Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Kendall College of Art and Design, one in Broadcast/Video Design and one in Visual Communications. Ms. Holthouse’s skills are essential in creating drawings, graphics, documents and briefings that communicate concepts and information clearly to clients and stakeholders, and to both technical and non-technical personnel. Ms. Holthouse is also MAP’s go-to for space verifications and data collection, providing dissemination as well as analysis.
